2025 Annual Meeting & Training Workshop
2025 will be the 42nd Annual NMFWA Meeting. It will take place in Louisville, KY, at the Galt House. The event will once again be held jointly with WMI’s 90th Annual North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference. This conference is scheduled for March 9-14, 2025. Additional information regarding the conference will be posted here as soon as it is available.

Hotel Information
For the 2025 NMFWA Conference, we are thrilled to host the event at the iconic Galt House Hotel in Louisville, KY. As the largest hotel in Kentucky, the Galt House offers an unmatched blend of history, luxury, and modern amenities. Situated right on the waterfront in the heart of downtown, the hotel provides breathtaking views of the Ohio River and is within walking distance of Louisville’s top attractions.
​Due to overwhelming interest in our event, the original per diem room block at The Galt House Hotel (140 N Fourth St, Louisville, KY 40202) is currently full. However, rooms are still available at the Galt House at a rate of $169 per night.
To accommodate attendees, we have secured additional lodging options nearby, including the Residence Inn Downtown Louisville, which is offering a special rate of $119 per night, including free breakfast and parking.
